RETURN, REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY
Thank you for choosing Toyniverse.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on warranty and return, refund.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Interpretation
The listed words' meanings are defined under specific conditions. These definitions maintain the same meaning whether used singularly or plurally.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Artstuff Vietnam.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Toyniverse, accessible from https://toyniverse.com/
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Cancellations for orders can only be accepted within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. A refund will be issued accordingly. Please be noted that the customer is responsible for the transaction fee.
Refunds are applied to the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
Credit cards/ Vietnam Domestic ATM card: Refunds typically appear on the statement within 5 to 7 business days, but occasionally this can take up to 15 business days. International refunds may take more time.
PayPal: Refunds typically appear on the statement immediately, but the time can vary depending on your financial institution

Cancellation and refund requests cannot be accommodated in the following cases:
Orders with issues related to import duties or taxes on the customer's end.
The order was purchased using rewards points or gift cards.

Transaction dispute on payment gateway:
Any dispute made via payment gateway is resolved by the payment gateway. The decision of the payment gateway is final and binding.
Once the dispute is resolved, any chargeback or refund to the customer does not include transaction fee.

Pending shipments:
Orders which failed to ship out/deliver due to Force majeure case or customer subjective matters will be automatically cancelled after 3 months since the last notification. A voucher at the same value as the canceled order will be issued for the customer for future use.
Warranty duration:
As long as it is a product from Toyniverse, we are happy to provide warranty services within 1 year after the date of successful purchase receipt. After that point, we will consider warranty support case by case, and additional fees might incur accordingly.

Warranty acceptant scope:
Products purchased through official channels (Including official shopping mall and officially authorized distributors).
*Note: Products purchased from other channels are not covered by warranty service.

What kind of information do you require?
Depending on the enquiry, we will require you to send in certain information so that our Customer Support can fully evaluate the issues:
- A detailed explanation on the issue.
- Photo(s) of the item that clearly shows the issue.
- Your Order Number.
- Goods Authenticity Number.
After receiving your warranty request, we will review within 5 working days. After qualified, we will reply with receiving address and repairing time.If we determine that the damage qualifies for a replacement, we will proceed accordingly.
Please note that replacements for damaged items are not guaranteed, and depend on the availability of the product. If a replacement product is not available, we will offer an exchange, or a store credit refund.

Returning goods
Upon receiving return confirmation from Toyniverse, please return the goods to our inventory.
Please send the goods to the following Inventory address:

Please note that we require the returned goods to be received within 30 days from the date of return confirmation.
We are unable to accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. To ensure safe and secure return, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
Please note that a refund will not be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Return postage costs
A. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned items to Toyniverse.
B. Toyniverse covers shipping costs for repaired items sent to customers.
C. Shipping reimbursement is only provided by Toyniverse for items received in error, at our discretion.
